Carob Protein Powder also known as Carob Germ Protein Powder, is a natural plant-based protein, extracted from the carob seed through a 100% sustainable and chemical-free production process. It is a light-yellowish free flowing powder, rich in amino acids content and suitable for gluten-free meals, plant-forward diets, bakery, meat and meat analogue applications too. It gives a high protein intake in nutritional products such as protein bars. Carob Protein also has emulsifying power, ideal for dairy alternatives.

Carob Protein Powder is derived from the germ of the carob seed and can be supplied in 30% to 55% protein. A free flowing light yellow powder with a nutty flavour, it is allergen free and rich in soluble and insoluble fibre. It is fast becoming a popular choice as it is 100% lactose and animal product free making it ideal for vegans, vegetarians and those who are following a plant based diet. It is also celiac-friendly.
