Organic Honey Powder is produced by blending organic Honey with Arabic gum and then dried into a powder. The powder is then milled to required particle size and packed under a nitrogen atmosphere to maintain shelf life.

APPLICATIONS
Food supplements and medical devices: to formulate solid forms (sachets,
chewable tablets etc.) but also liquid forms such as syrups, sprays etc.
Food: helpful in food industry for candies, fillings, chocolate, bakery and dairy products. Ice cream and beverage.
